Our college is now using EdSmart to make communication between school and parents/carers more streamlined, safer and less stressful for you. It is an Australian tool trusted by hundreds of schools to improve communication in the school community.
EdSmart is a cloud-based software that enables schools to handle all communication with parents/carers electronically. In addition to receiving broadcasts, we will be using this platform for camps and excursion consent forms/permission slips.
Here’s how it works for camps and excursions:
You will be sent an email notification with a link to click which opens a secure web page version of the form to complete and submit. These links can be accessed on your phone, tablet or computer at your convenience.
All of the data you submit in the forms is held in a secure database only accessible to authorised school staff and EdSmart personnel.
