Term 2 our Session 2 children enjoyed two wonderful outings to Para Wirra Conservation Park for our Bush Kindy Program in weeks 3 and 5. The days were filled with fun and discovery, as children explored their surroundings, noticed the wonders of nature, wondered about their environment, climbed trees, collected treasures, imagined stories, and hiked through the bush.

Bush Kindy offers children many benefits, including the opportunity to develop resilience, independence, and problem-solving skills. Being outdoors promotes physical health and gross motor development, and encourages curiosity and a love of learning through hands-on experiences. It also helps to build positive relationships, teamwork, and connection to the natural world.
