Vision & Values

Our Vision
At Mark Oliphant College, Birth to 12, we aspire to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
Our community respects and celebrates diversity, whilst recognising the value of belonging and positive relationships.
Our learners develop knowledge, skills, and capabilities to thrive and live a fulfilled life of their choosing.
Our Values
To treat others with consideration and regard, to respect another person’s point of view and to treat others how you would like to be treated.
We value being kind to one another, using respect, manners, care and consideration of each other’s feelings.
Is the feeling of security and support when there is a sense of acceptance, inclusion, and identity for an individual within the school.
Being responsible means you do the things you are expected to do and accept the consequences of your actions.
