As Deputy Principal at Mark Oliphant College, I am committed to fostering a culture of respect, support, and inspiration for students and staff. By promoting our college values, I aim to ensure all students are empowered to achieve success.

As Assistant Principal for data, digital systems and innovation, I leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and learning opportunities across the College. Guided by our values, I lead inclusively and strongly advocate for creativity and innovation across our B–12 community.

My role at Mark Oliphant College is to ensure every student receives the support, adjustments, and assistance they need to thrive at school. I am committed to nurturing each student’s academic, social, and emotional development through the implementation of a multi-tiered system of supports, fostering positive outcomes for all learners while recognising and valuing the uniqueness of every student’s educational journey.

I am proud to collaborate with dedicated educators, families, and the wider community to empower students. Together, we nurture the skills, confidence, and resilience necessary for their success, both in school and in their future endeavors.

At Mark Oliphant College, my purpose is to cultivate a vibrant learning culture where every young person can flourish. I believe in public education’s power to ignite curiosity, strengthen confidence and community, and advance equitable, evidence-informed teaching and true learner agency so all students feel valued, capable and ready to thrive.

As Literacy Improvement Leader and EALD Coordinator at Mark Oliphant College, I oversee literacy development across all year levels, with a key focus on our foundational literacy program: InitiaLit. My aim is to ensure every student develops the core skills to succeed academically and beyond.

I am passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families during the most important years of development. I strive to create joyful, inclusive learning experiences and to be a trusted, supportive presence for families. I am driven by the belief that a strong foundation in early education shapes a child’s lifelong love of learning.

As Head of Primary Years, I am committed to creating an environment where every child feels respected, connected and capable of success. Through collaborative leadership - and guided by our school values - I work with staff, students and families to ensure continual improvement, increased opportunities for success and strong educational outcomes for all.

My journey at Mark Oliphant College began with a passion for Design and Technology, helping students develop hands-on skills. However, my leadership purpose is rooted in prioritising students, fostering meaningful relationships, and equipping them with lifelong skills for real-world success.

As Business Leader at Mark Oliphant College, I ensure operations, resources, and infrastructure support high-quality education. Committed to creating a safe, efficient environment, I provide financial and operational leadership to align with strategic priorities, enhancing the experience for staff, students, and the community.
